Management Team

Jerry I. Porras, Ph.D., CEO and Co-Founder
Dr. Jerry Porras was most recently the Lane Professor of Organizational Behavior and Change at Stanford Graduate School of Business and author of several influential works including the bestselling book Built to Last, with Jim Collins, and Stream Analysis. Prior to Stanford, Dr. Porras held engineering positions at General Electric and Lockheed Corp. Dr. Porras received his BSEE from Texas Western College, his MBA from Cornell University, and his Ph.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Stanford named the Jerry I. Porras Award for Visionary Leadership in his honor, which recognizes students for visionary leadership within a voluntary student organization or Stanford program serving the Chicano/Latino community.
 
Adam Park, President and COO

Adam brings ten years of senior software management experience and was most recently the president of Embark, a leading provider of SaaS business solutions to hundreds of university admissions offices including schools at Harvard, Princeton, Michigan, NYU, and University of California. Prior to Embark, Adam was the vice president of operations for the higher education division of The Princeton Review. He received his bachelor's in mass communications with highest honors from the University of California, Berkeley and his master's in management from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Eric Knight, Vice President of Technology

Eric is a seasoned software programmer who spent the last ten years leading software development at Ninth House, a premier provider of organizational development software and services.

Richard Kass, Ph.D., Chief Researcher and Co-founder

Dr. Richard Kass brings over 20 years of experience in helping organizations effectively change and grow, including Intel, Shell Oil, Pacific Bell, Stanford Hospital, Varian Associates, and Oracle. He is currently doing research on organizational learning and is a senior group facilitator of the popular "Interpersonal Dynamics" course at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Dr. Kass received his BA in criminology, Phi Beta Kappa, and his Ph.D. in social welfare from the University of California, Berkeley.
